Showcase Your Service. Secure More Instructions.

BidConvey is changing the way transfer conveyancers receive instructions by creating a fair, transparent and inclusive marketplace where quality legal professionals can compete on value — not relationships.

BidConvey gives conveyancers access to transfer opportunities beyond traditional referral networks.

Instead of relying solely on estate agent alignments or established instruction pipelines, BidConvey creates a structured platform where buyers and sellers can engage with conveyancers directly.

This means:

  • Broader exposure to active market participants
  • Reduced dependence on concentrated referral sources
  • Greater visibility based on transparency and service offering
  • Opportunity to show value, efficiency, and professionalism

BidConvey is designed to open access — allowing conveyancers to receive instructions through participation and visibility, not just pre-existing relationships.
